Words From The Seller - I love the house, I've lived here over 5 years. It's been modernized yet retained many original features it's very homely with good energy and lucky being no 7. The area is diverse and many of the neighbours have become friends. Location is perfect in the close quiet tucked out the way, lovely tree's and greenery, great walk's into Shirley high street. Being on the border of Solihull and Birmingham it's great to have the best of both city and country town lifestyle. My reason for selling is to create a retreat. I'm sure the next homeowners will be as happy as I have been here.
