I bought the flat as i loved the split level aspect, it really makes it feel like a big space. I bought in the area as it has two train stations going to different parts of the city and a massive park within 5 minutes walk.. However, i learned that the area is fantastic. The pubs are the best on the over-ground this side of the city and there are plenty of great food options - definitely try the local butchers if you eat meat.
