'Have loved living here for the past six years. We completely renovated it to a very high standard, including bespoke carpentry doors by Jon Grant in the hallway. It's South West facing so always bright and sunny. 5 min walk to Anerley Overground station or short walk to Penge East into Victoria for commuting. And everything on my doorstop from Aldi, the High St and Crystal Palace park nearby. The neighbours are lovely and the road has a real community feel and is very quiet.'
