It is enclosed from the road by a well established hedge, however the boundaries to the north, along the Kingston Brook side are not currently stock proof or defined on the ground.

Location - The land is located north of Baswich, directly off Baswich Lane, on the East side of Stafford. It is situated in close proximately to the Baswich, Weeping Cross and Tixall Road areas of Stafford. It is approximately 2 miles from the centre of Stafford and additionally has good connectivity to major arterial roads such as the A518, A34, A513 and M6.

Directions - From the centre of Stafford, head south-east on the A34 and take the 2nd exit at the Queensway Island continuing along the A34. After approximately 1 mile, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on A34. Continue along the A34 for 0.7 miles, then at the double mini roundabout take the 1st exit onto Baswich Lane, following signs for Baswich. Continue along Baswich Lane for a mile over a mini roundabout, the River Sow bridge, another mini roundabout and two further bridges. Weir Meadow is located immediately on the left hand side, accessible via a gated entrance and as indicated by our 'For Sale' board.
