This one bedroom flat is situated within a converted period property and is set over two floors, giving the feel different to that of your standard flat. The property is located in the Bengeworth area of Evesham and is within walking distance of local amenities including Lidl supermarket, Bengeworth Academy, Regal Cinema and is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre.
Access to the flat is down the side of the property where there is a separate communal hallway for the building. The flat is on the first floor so at the top of the stairs, the door is to your right. Upon entry to the ground floor of the flat itself is an entrance hallway with kitchen at the end and bathroom to your right. The kitchen is a good size and is fully fitted with base and wall units, an electric cooker and even space for a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen overlooks the rear of the property and the communal garden. The bathroom is again a good size and has an electric shower over the bath.
By the front door, stairs lead to the first floor where you will find a landing area, a double bedroom and large living room. The first room to your left has historically been used as the bedroom as it is a little smaller than the other room and has sloping ceilings, overlooking the communal garden and rear of the property. There are then steps up to the living room which is at the end of the corridor and is a good size, very light and airy. The living room looks over the main road to the front of the property.
The property is double glazed throughout and has the benefit of gas central heating. The bins are located by the communal garden and the garden itself can be used by all residents of the building (4 households in total).
There is ample parking outside the property and surrounding roads.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
