Property description & features
- Tenure: Freehold
- Three bedrooms
- Large driveway for multiple cars
- Garage
- Sunny garden with rural outlook
- Desirable road
I actually grew up on this road, and absolutely loved living here. I learnt to ride my bike on this street, and would travel down to the watersplash at the end where we would feed the ducks. It is a wonderful spot for a family.
The property benefits from a large driveway, which can accommodate multiple cars. It also has a garage with side access into the garden, which is useful for storage, but could potentially be converted into an extension of the home, or a home office, or summer house.
The living room has French Doors leading out onto the sunny garden, which is a peaceful spot, ideal for bird watching. Woodpeckers have been spotted in the apple tree, which each spring produces the most beautiful pink blossom. Behind the garden is a field, offering a pleasant outlook, and the farmer's tractor can often be seen travelling back and forth, creating a rural and idyllic feel for the home, and a highlight for small children! I know my son would love that!
The kitchen has been renovated and is smart and stylish with marble effect worktops and white gloss finishes and a low level breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is impressive in size, and has inbuilt storage with a combination of cupboard and mirrored fronts. Plantation shutters give a smart finish to the room, which also has plenty of space for a dressing table and additional furniture.
The second bedroom is another double bedroom, with inbuilt cupboard and access to a huge loft. This particular spot in the property offers much scope to extend, stpp.
The third bedroom is currently used as an office space but would also make for a suitable third single bedroom.
The bathroom is of a good size and finished to a nice standard.
The property also has high specification alarm and CCTV systems in place.
The property is situated within walking distance to convenience stores, as well as the town and river. Also within walking distance is Shepperton station which has direct links into London Waterloo, also stopping via Hampton, Teddington and Clapham Junction to name a few. The bus stop at the top of the road offers various routes, including Walton on Thames, and Staines.
Local reputable schools include Littleton CofE, Saxon Primary, St Nicholas CofE, and secondary schools Thamesmead, Halliford Boys School, and Bishop Wand.
Oh, and how could I forget it is also close by to The Barley Mow Pub - a great, friendly, local pub with live music, food and quizzes.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on June 16, 2023
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on June 16, 2023
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on April 3, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
