Description

Manor Cottage is charming Grade II listed cottage located in the centre of Armscote. The property has been renovated to a high standard, offering contemporary fixtures and fittings with an abundance of charm, character and natural light throughout. The well-presented accommodation is set out over three floors.

On the ground floor the drawing room is a delightful space with a stunning inglenook fireplace with exposed stone and a Yorkshire stone hearth. The dining room is flooded with natural light with dual aspect windows. This leads through into the
well-equipped kitchen with a granite worktop and integrated appliances including a Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A cosy sitting room is located just off the kitchen, providing a flexible space for home working or a ground floor bedroom, with a useful shower room.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom. A fourth double room with exposed timber is found on the second floor.

A remote controlled electronic gated driveway provides secure parking and access into the Suffolk barn style carport with extensive loft storage above and adjacent garden store. There is a part walled mainly laid to lawn garden with well stocked herbaceous borders. The terrace is an idyllic place to sit on a warm summer evening.

Birmingham International Airport is 33 miles away. The M40 is accessible at Warwick (J15) or Gaydon (J12). The area has many excellent schools including Kitebrook, The Croft, Stratford and Warwick Prep Schools, Warwick Boys and Kings High School for Girls public schools, together with outstanding boys and girls grammars in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
