Location and Transport

Clare Court lies within the distinctly affluent and historical area of Bloomsbury. The most prestigious shopping streets, world renowned restaurants, hotels and cultural landmarks are within a short stroll. There is easy access to the amenities of the Brunswick Shopping Centre (including a large Waitrose), Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard shopping centre and to UCL, UAL and to many other universities. London's International Airports are easily accessible through the Underground and Mainline Station network and the Eurostar link at St Pancras further enhances the area's connectivity, reinforcing its stature as a vibrant and bustling slice of London life.

'What the Owner Says'

Clare Court has offered so much in the 15 years I've been here. A quiet community in the heart of London. Local restaurants, cinemas, pubs and shops all on my doorstep. Soho, Oxford Street, Regents Park - just a stroll away. I've been incredibly lucky.

But on a more personal note there have been 2 moments that have really etched this place into my heart.

During the uncertainty and chaos of the Covid lockdowns I would take evening walks and try my best to turn down a different street each time. I rediscovered the history of my own neighbourhood that I had in all honesty begun to take for granted. You could turn a corner and be transported to the Victorian era and world of Dickens!

And secondly, it was welcoming my partner into the flat 2 years ago. I've lived here with friends. I've lived alone and turned the second bedroom into a climbing training wall (everyone needs a hobby!) But it's been turning the space into a real family home for both of us that's been the highlight.

If you do pop by for a viewing we highly recommend swinging by Half Cup for brunch or even just a coffee. It's just 1 minute up Judd Street from the flat and it's our favourite.

Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on April 20, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
