Offers In Excess of £275,000 - Vendors now Suited!

Propertyworld offers this well presented, one bedroom apartment, in a cul-de-sac - just on the borders of Crystal Palace, to the Sales market. Having been lovingly maintained by the current Vendors, the property is in excellent condition and offers a balcony, off-street parking and will also have a new lease term.

Situated on the top floor, the lounge benefits from fitted wood floors and a urban leafy aspect.
The bedroom comes with a feature wall and soft fitted carpets.

In the kitchen, there's a range of glossy white units with plenty of counter space and ample space for white goods. The bathroom is modern with a crisp white three piece suite and is partially tiled

One of the best features of this property is the three integral storage cupboards, one of which is very large.

Location wise, the property is just a short walk to the award-winning Crystal Palace Park, and Crystal Palace train and Overground station. You can also walk to both Crystal Palace Triangle and Penge centre easily with their vast number of restaurants, coffee shops, gastropubs and independent shops.

Situated in what we consider a fantastic location for those seeking Crystal Palace and Anerley Rail Stations, as well as the much sought after Crystal Palace Triangle, this is a property definitely not to be missed.

This has been a perfect first home for us. It's in a great location, with a choice of stations, and close proximity to the park. Local favourites Chatsworth Bakehouse and The Douglas Fir are virtually over the road, and it's only a short walk to the variety of bars and restaurants up in the Crystal Palace Triangle. Whilst being close to all these amenities, it's also a quiet and peaceful flat - you wake up to the birds singing in the morning! For a one-bedroom flat it has so much storage, and the walk-in wardrobe was definitely a selling-point for us! We will really miss the flat, but planning to stay local as we love the area!

When we started our family business back in 1997, we wanted to offer something different.  We had three aims in mind.  To deliver exceptional results on behalf of our clients, be honest and trustworthy and to provide the best customer service we possibly could. 19 years on and we’ve learnt a huge amount about what our customers need and want from us, but our core values haven't changed. We are proud to have won a number of awards for our customer experience including Best Small Chain in the UK 2017 (allagents.co.uk), Best Estate Agency - London (Real Estate and Property Awards 2016) and Best Estate Agency in South East London 2016 (allagents.co.uk). The awards we’ve won are testament to our team’s commitment and our hard-working, customer-first attitude. We’re also delighted that 99% of our customers would recommend us to their friends and family.  And this isn’t just because we apply our 50 years combined experience and expertise.  It’s because we put our customers at the heart of what we do.  We go out of our way to make the process of buying or selling, renting or letting as painless and as smooth as possible.  We support, we don’t hinder.  We care about what we do and the people we’re working with. Every new client we work with is an opportunity for us to continue to maintain those high levels of service we set out to deliver when we first opened our doors. We look forward to welcoming you in the Propertyworld family! We are a member of NALS (The National Approved Letting Scheme) and The Property Ombudsman.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on April 5, 2023

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on April 5, 2023

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on July 21, 2020 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.

Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.

    *Call rate information

Calls to 0843 numbers will be charged at 4p/min from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may vary, and calls from mobiles and outside the UK will be higher. Calls to local numbers beginning with 01, 02 and 03 numbers will incur standard geographic charges from landlines and mobiles.
