Directions
From Holsworthy proceed on the A3072 Hatherleigh road for approximately 3 miles, upon reaching Dunsland Cross turn right onto the A3079 Okehampton road. Follow this road until you reach Halwill junction, continue through the village and take the first left hand turn signposted Beaworthy, continue on this parish road and take the next left hand turn towards Whiddon. Continue on this road until your reach a hump back bridge and immediately take the right had turn signposted Higher Whiddon, continue on this road for approximately 0.7 miles, the entrance to land will be marked with a Bond Oxborough Phillips "For Sale" Board.
