OK. Generally keep themselves to themselves. Mainly
working couples and young families. Only one immediate
neighbor who I have rarely met.

have made no improvements that have needed planning or
buildings regulations approval.

4. What other improvements have you made to your property?
I have extensively redecorated. I have replaced all the flooring.
I have refurbished the kitchen and bathroom. The boiler was replaced in 2017

5. Why have you decided to sell your property?
Personal circumstances. I need the capital to buy with my partner.

6. What have you always liked about this property or what are its unique features?
The west facing balcony gives a wonderful sunset in the summertime.
You are right next to a lift. Lots of storage space within flat. Bedroom has a large
built in wardrobe.
Hither Green Lane has some lovely bars and take-aways. A really good chip shop
and pizza place! Also a cafe that is good to bring your laptop to.
All the shops you would want in Lewisham town centre nearby (supermarket, food
market, and high street chains)
Also, less than 10 minutes walk to Hither Green, Ladywell and Lewisham rail stations.

7.What do you dislike about this property. An honesty note.
The exterior of the building isn't the most inviting. The car park tends to get full
sometimes (although I've always managed to find a space and not get a ticket).
Bathroom is small.
