Description

Built in the late 1980’s, 20 Cross Lane is part of this sheltered scheme for the over 55’s, with well-presented accommodation and decorative coving throughout, comprising a sitting room with an archway into the dining room, kitchen with integrated appliances, conservatory with views of the surrounding gardens and two double bedrooms, one with Jack and Jill access into the family bathroom, and two useful storage cupboards. From the dining room and conservatory, sliding and French doors open out to the West-facing side terrace and rear garden, whilst the dual-aspect sitting room features a square bay window to the front, a window overlooking the side terrace and gardens, and a fireplace fitted with an electric coal-effect fire.

The kitchen is fitted with shaker-style units with wooden worktops, and integrated appliances including an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and hob. There is a ceramic sink with a window above offering views of the rear gardens.

The garden wraps around three sides of the property, the front and back areas offering a seamless perspective over the equally colourful neighbouring gardens. Meanwhile, a walkway from the front leads around to the side terrace with raised beds via a pergola archway enjoying a climbing clematis and wisteria, offering a more private space for outdoor living. The single garage lies in the northern block of garages and is accessed directly from the communal forecourt, where parking spaces for visitors are also provided.
