We have enjoyed living in this warm and comfortable property for the last nine years. It is the quiet end of a no through road and the neighbours are lovely. We have especially enjoyed the large copse area to the rear of our garden where our grandchildren have so often played and paddled in the Quaggy river. Grove Park and Horn Park are within five minutes' walk and provide outstanding playtime opportunities.
The insulated and boarded loft has also been a favourite for the family who have used it like a playroom.
The property is close to shops and a two-minute walk to a hail and ride bus taking you into the centre of Lewisham. Lee station is also within walking distance.
We are only moving because our daughter has relocated, and we need to be near them to look after the grandchildren.
If you decide to purchase our home, we trust you will be as happy as we have been living here.
