Entry to the house is via large double wooden doors into an expansive and inviting hallway which lead through to the principal reception rooms and kitchen dining room. The superb sitting room has a dual aspect with ornate ceiling roses and a fireplace and leads through to the conservatory with exposed beams and double French doors that open to the side garden. A good-sized family room and study are adjacent to the sitting room.

The stunning kitchen dining room is well proportioned, providing an excellent space for entertaining, with French doors leading into the conservatory. There is a range of modern wall and base units with integrated appliances and a large kitchen island with integrated hob. Beyond is the useful utility room with separate toilet and additional storage cupboards together with direct access to the side of the house and stairs lead upto the studio above the garage as well as to the first floor. A cloakroom and toilet complete the ground floor accommodation.

To the first floor, the principal bedroom suite has two dressing rooms and en suite shower room. The guest suite also benefits from a bathroom with separate shower. Arranged over the remainder of this floor is a large bedroom currently being used as a studio/work area and two further good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes and the family bathroom with a separate shower.

In addition to the accommodation is a substantial loft with three separate rooms with potential to create further bedroom/living space, subject to the necessary planning consent.

To the front there is a lawned area with a gravelled driveway proving ample parking and leads to the side of the property where there is a triple garage with room above. The garden is predominantly laid to lawn with mature trees and a hedge defines the borders. Within the grounds is a considerable workshop with a large store with bi-folding doors.
