The location is great, Elliscombe Road and the surrounding area has a real community and friendly feel, and we only left because of emigrating for work.

There are many green spaces close by including Charlton Park, Greenwich Park and The Heath, and we loved spending time in the pubs and boutique shops of Greenwich and Blackheath too.

We spent a lot of our time in the open-plan living and kitchen area and outdoors in the large garden, which is set against a wooded backdrop and is an ideal outdoor space for relaxing or catching up with friends, with minimal maintenance needed. The surroundings are peaceful, and our young family really enjoyed living here.

Multiple public transport options provide quick access into central London (direct to London Bridge and Charing Cross), Canary Wharf, The O2, and even London City Airport. Local amenities include a range of supermarkets and retail stores and an independent greengrocers / bakery, making day-to-day life easy.

All the local primary schools are Ofsted rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.

When we lived in the apartment we regularly frequented Charlton Lido with the heated 50m pool and gym. We will miss living in the area and hope that the buyers will enjoy it as much as we have."
