The property:
11 Painters Field is a well-presented four bedroom detached home built in 2007 of Cotswold stone with a more recent extension. The property is situated in a quiet development on the edge of the popular village of Quenington, with views over the countryside behind.

11 Painters Field is accessed through a lovely light entrance hall off which sits the main living room and kitchen. Both the kitchen and sitting room runs front to back, offering dual aspects with lots of light and views over your garden. Off the kitchen sits a well-equipped utility room with a back door and further French doors from the kitchen to the patio and garden. The current owners have added a lovely single-storey extension that could be used as a dining room or snug play room with doors to the garden. The house focuses on the combination of internal and external living, which is enhanced by a beautiful garden room that acts as an extension of the living room and creates a wonderful living space. Upstairs there are three large double bedrooms, one being the principal bedroom with an en suite shower room, and a further slightly smaller fourth bedroom. A good-sized family bathroom services the two guest doubles and smaller bedroom. All of the bedrooms have good-sized windows with lovely views over the surrounding area.

To the front of the house, is a paved driveway with access to an integral garage and a gravelled cottage garden. The paved area provides two designated parking spaces outside the front of the house.

The main garden at the rear of the property faces south and is laid mainly to lawn with a lovely patio accessed from multiple points from the living areas. The garden is bordered mainly by a post and rail fence with climbing roses against a closed board fence on one side of the garden.
