Description

Redhouse is a superb modern detached property situated within a peaceful area of Heworth, close to the “village” amenities and only half an hour from the city walls. The property has been given a contemporary finish with a neutral palette throughout, the salient points are solid wood internal doors, new windows and doors, up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms, as well as engineered wood flooring throughout the ground floor.

The kitchen is of particular note with a good range of base and floor to ceiling units within a contemporary style providing suitable storage and plenty of preparation space, with a range of integrated Neff appliances finished by Quartz worktops and a granite undermount sink with pop out tap, creating a wonderful space to cook. Beyond the kitchen is a useful utility with sink and built in cupboards providing additional storage and space for white goods as well as access to the rear. The garage can be accessed via the kitchen.

The ground floor is predominantly open plan, with a sizeable sitting room with dining area which leads through to the kitchen, there is a sliding door to the rear courtyard. A separate toilet off the entrance hallway completes the ground floor accommodation.

The first floor is home to the excellent principal bedroom with en suite shower room with an Aqualisa shower. There are two further bedrooms, a dressing room, which could be used as an additional bedroom or as a home office and a house bathroom with Aqualisa shower.

Outside, to the front, is a paved driveway leading to the garage with off street parking in front. To the rear of the house is a private walled courtyard garden with a paved terrace and a raised bedding area with mature shrub.
