It served as both a fantastic location for my own commute (where I can be door to door in an hr to my central London work office- made even easier now with the Elizabeth line) but also for a variety of tenants who have loved the close proximity of the flat to parks and open spaces as well as easy stumbling back distance from central town on a Saturday night.
The gated private off-street parking and security of being on side road made me feel very safe as a woman living by myself the majority of the time, but also, I had the benefit of a rare feature for a centrally located flat to have extra free visitor space too.
Moving to a much smaller 1 bed flat in London just before covid, made me appreciate even more not only the size and storage space of the property but also having a separate utility room very much means you aren't disturbed by washing machine cycles. "
