From Holsworthy proceed on the A388 Bideford road for 3 miles until reaching Holsworthy Beacon and here turn right. Follow this road for about 0.5 miles and turn left signed Brendon. Follow this council maintained road to the end of the tarmac and turn right at our for sale board onto the stone drive for a short way and you will come to the entrance of the property on the right hand side.
