What its got
This modern detached house was built as part of a small development in 2006 of just four houses. The current owners have tastefully decorated and modernised the house over recent years including the kitchen and bathroom/toilet suite making this a perfect family home.
Walking into the spacious hallway you will find your way through to the bright and airy generous lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto the garden and plenty of space for dining and living furniture. The recently replaced kitchen has been beautifully designed with shaker style units, complimentary backdrop tiling and integrated appliances and a stylish herringbone flooring finishes the room off perfectly. There is also a modern downstairs toilet.
Moving upstairs in the landing you will find a large useful storage cupboard. There are three double bedrooms with the main boasting wall to wall wardrobes. The stylish replacement family bathroom will not disappoint with a modern suite.
The rear garden offers a good deal of seclusion and makes a great place to socialise, sunbathe and entertain with a large patio and the remainder being laid to lawn with a summer house (to remain). There is a garage and parking to the front.
What the owner says:
"We wanted a detached property in Parkstone close to the local shops and bus routes. It has really good access to Poole, Branksome, Sandbanks, Bournemouth and the beach. We really liked this house because since the road is quite narrow, it is not a cut through, and it does not suffer much traffic. The garden is very private, other houses do not really overlook us, and the garage provides plenty of additional space. The group of 4 detached houses is set back from the road so effectively has a private turning area outside which in this area of Parkstone is a very good feature. The house being a fairly new build also has good insulation so low bills. We will miss the neighbours who are lovely, we all look out for each other, and we will also miss being so close to everything."
Where it is:
Located in quiet road in a popular residential location, just a short distance from Waitrose, local schools and the vast array of amenities that Ashley Road has to offer. Both Poole & Bournemouth town centres are a short drive.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
