"This has been a great house for our family of five. It's full of character being Arts and Craft style with a modern twist. We have had plenty of space, a fabulous open plan kitchen leading out to the large sunny garden perfect for entertaining. The house is on a gem of a road with the friendliest of neighbours. We'll miss the frequent street parties and the peaceful nature of the cul-de-sac.

It's close proximity to the harbour, beaches and Lilliput and Canford Cliffs villages make it a perfect place to live. We will miss it enormously. It's great being so close to the excellent schools too. Lilliput and Baden Powell have given our children a wonderful start to their education. I'm sure whoever replaces us will love it as much as us."
