There is a conservatory off the kitchen adding a useful extra room whilst enhancing the light. Feature black radiators lend a sophisticated touch and perfectly finish the room. To the front is the main reception which also features the same herringbone wooden flooring. The huge full width double glazed window ensures this room is equally bright.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two of which are generous doubles, with integrated wardrobe, whilst the third is a spacious single which is a perfect child's bedroom or home office. The bathroom certainly has the wow factor with a modern three-piece white suite together with a gorgeous walk-in double shower. The loft is huge and can be converted to create a fourth bedroom with ensuite - the owners have obtained approval for a loft conversion and will happily share the plans.
The rear garden is South Easterly so enjoys all day sun, and is over 40ft long, with a pretty lawn and seating area - it's a lovely oasis and the perfect spot to unwind and share with loved ones.
Mosslea Road is off Penge High Street, and divided mid-way, ensuring no through traffic. It's a stone's throw from a wealth of local restaurants, gastropubs, coffee houses and independent shops as well as the award-winning Crystal Palace Park. Good schools are close and transport options are excellent, particularly Penge East and West stations providing fast access into Central London and beyond.
"The road is lovely and quiet with friendly neighbours, while still being just 2 minutes walk to the station. It's also great to be so close to Crystal Palace park and have such great transport links into several central London stations. There are some real gems within the area such as the local breweries, the unexpected street art murals, independent shops and restaurants too.
We love how much natural light there is in the house, particularly in the kitchen in the morning! It's a lovely family home, we've been very happy here!"

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on May 28, 2023
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on May 28, 2023
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on August 7, 2013 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
