OWNERS OPINION
Since moving here a couple of years ago, I have updated the property throughout. I have updated the kitchen, replaced the bathroom for a modern shower room and redecorated throughout. The managing agents have also recently replaced the roof, which has increased the efficiency of the property too.
I like living in the town centre, as I have everything I need. As a resident here, I also get a discount for parking in the car park of only £1 a day!
Due to a change of circumstances, I am now looking to move. I even have a property in mind, so I could move as soon as possible.
