The clever and innovative design takes its inspiration from the surrounding traditional agricultural buildings which follow long linear forms, taking the form of a propeller with three wings projecting from its core. The concept has been exaggerated to allow the dwelling to sit comfortably within the site and will be brought to life by a sympathetic material choice taken from traditional Lincolnshire farm buildings and further enhanced with new contemporary materials.
Ground Floor
The three propeller wings provide distinctive areas of the living space. The first wing has a welcoming reception hall with cloakroom leads to a contemporary open plan living kitchen with formal dining room off and a home study. The spacious lounge provides access into a library room.
The second is a Leisure wing with bar and entertainment room, gymnasium, pool room with steam and sauna room and changing rooms with W.C.

Step Upstairs
