Church Cottage, Listed Grade II is understood to date from the 16th Century and sits well amidst mature gardens and grounds of about an acre. The cottage, with its recently rethatched reed roof presents accommodation extending to some 1,875 sq ft, and includes an entrance hall with two well-proportioned reception rooms each featuring brick fireplaces and fine exposed ceiling stud timbers, together with brick flooring. A staircase leads to spacious first-floor landing together with double bedroom and bathroom. The property is completed with a good sized garage.

In all the property extends to about an acre.
