The Anglesey Coastal Path crosses the land. The land is further enhanced by its easy accessibility from the A55 expressway. There is a former Well sited within the land adjacent to the foreshore (presently unused and overgrown), and we understand Felin Wen has rights to use this Well, if is viable, or can be made viable.

Location
The land is situated in Llanfair Yn Neubwll approx 2.5 miles distance from Valley, and approx 1.2 miles distance from RAF Valley. Access onto the A5 and A55 is wihtin close distance, and the coastal resort of Trearddur Bay is approx 5.6 miles distance with its bustling village centre and superb Blue Flag beach. Holyhead with its excellent out-of-town shopping and busy Port/railway station is approx. 6.4 miles distance.

Directions
When travelling from Holyhead on the A55, exit at Junction 3 turning right over the fly over towards Caergeiliog. Just as you enter Caergeiliog, turn right at the toll house towards RAF Valley. Continue over the railway line passing RAF Valley on the left-hand side. Continue pass the Cymyran Hotel, taking the right turn after a complex of former MOD derelict buildings. Continue passing the 1st track on the left marked "private drive", followed by the public footpath sign and then Felin Wen will be seen on the left-hand side accessed via a grass track referred to as Lon Felin Wen on Google Maps. Park on the right-hand side of the highway and then access the grass track on foot.
