OWNERS INSIGHT

"Prior to living at Lytton House we had a lovely detached bungalow and when we made the decision to move we decided that we were going to look to purchase a quality apartment. As soon as we walked into Lytton House we both knew that we had found our new home. Not only were we impressed with the space that the apartment offered us, we were absolutely 'blown away' by the breathtaking, wide sea views enjoyed over Tor Bay from the principal rooms and balcony. Since living here we have never tired of this view, enjoying it daily, and have found the scenery to be an ever changing picture throughout each of the changing seasons of the year. Upon completing our purchase we have carried out complete refurbishment of the apartment, with the installation of new doors, kitchen and bathroom, as well as tastefully redecorating and recarpeting throughout. We have even remodelled the apartment slightly, incorporating the enclosed balcony with wide sliding windows, as an integral part of the main living space with all of this work completed to our exacting standards. This will now enable any new owner have the comfort and convenience of an immediate move into a quality home. It has been a real pleasure living here but we now feel that the time is right for us to move on and let any new prospective purchaser enjoy the benefit of life at Lytton House."
