OWNERS INSIGHT

"In August 2018 we downsized from a large detached bungalow with plenty of gardens to this sea front apartment and refurbished it throughout. To go out of our lounge patio door, sit in our own patio area or the communal patio at the edge of the sea – takes a lot of beating! Cup of tea watching the sunrise, glass of wine watching the sky at sunset are certainly amongst things that we will remember. Swimmers, sail boarders, yachts, birds, cruise ships are just some of the things you can see, we have even seen a sealion. Air Show Weekend, well you cannot get a better uninterrupted view. We can take a stroll along Marine Drive to either Paignton seafront, Preston Green or onto the sandy beaches or go for a short, flat walk into town. Sharing the same driveway as the Redcliffe Hotel (soon to be a 4 star) it is just a matter of a few yards away for bar snacks or dinner – very handy. Redcliffe Court has 21 apartments and we have made many new friends. Owners form the management committee arranging for the upkeep of the building and communal areas. I had better stop because I am on the verge of talking myself out of moving. Why are we doing it you may ask? Health problems are part of the reason and we are hoping that country air will be better for us even though in our opinion (obviously biased) we feel you will struggle to find a nicer seafront spot than Redcliffe Court."
