OWNER INSIGHT

We purchased the apartment brand new and as we lived away from the area we used it as a comfortable base for us when visiting family. We were immediately attracted to the development due to its modern design, the standard of the insulation of the building and with its first floor position we liked the fact that it was safe and secure when we were not occupying it. The convenience of the location was also another attraction for us. Woodhaye Gardens is situated within an easy walk of the shops and amenities on Torquay Harbourside, with the 'village' shopping parade in Wellswood found a short distance away in the opposite direction and the regular bus service on the nearby Babbacombe Road connects both of these. In more recent years we have used the apartment as a rental investment, having established tenants who have enjoyed the apartment as much as we have. It is with a very heavy heart that we have made the decision to sell but this will enable any prospective new owner to appreciate the benefits of living at Woodhaye Gardens.

STEP INSIDE

A communal entrance with lift or stair approach rises to the first floor from where a private front door with spyhole opens to the RECEPTION HALL with airing cupboard. The KITCHEN is fitted with a range of units and working surfaces with inset sink unit. Built-in electric oven, four ring gas hob with cooker hood above, provision for washing machine and space for fridge/freezer. Wall mounted Worcester gas fired combination boiler, part tiled walls and window to the rear. BEDROOM 1 with window to the side and built-in double wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. BEDROOM 2 with window to the front overlooking the communal gardens and built-in wardrobe housing the electric meter and consumer unit. BATHROOM with white suite of panelled bath with shower over, wash hand basin set in vanity unit with cupboard beneath and WC. Tiling to walls, mirror with shaver point and light over, obscure window.

STEP OUTSIDE

Set to the south westerly side of the building, the apartment benefits from a BALCONY enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine and overlooking the communal gardens which are mainly laid to lawn with hedged boundaries.
