OWNER INSIGHT

"Having enjoyed many happy holidays here in Torquay, and having family living in the area, we decided to treat ourselves and buy a property in the bay, so that to we would be able to spend quality time here whenever possible. Looking around the area we decided that Babbacombe offered us exactly what we wanted, a quiet, quality location which was easily accessible to a range of local shops, with good restaurants at hand and also close to the beaches. We saw the details of this property and felt that it would offer us everything that we were seeking. As soon as we walked into the house we realised that we'd found our ideal property. We were mesmerised by the lovely open views, from the hills of Dartmoor to the sea at Lyme Bay, something that we have never tired of. We have thoroughly enjoyed the last 12 years owning this lovely house but due to a change in our circumstances and not being able to visit Torquay as much as we would like to we have now made the difficult decision to sell the property. We will be taking a host of happy memories away with us and enabling the new owners the opportunity of creating their own."
