The Meon Valley Trail runs through the parish and there are many other bridleway and green lane routes in the area for off road cycling. Fishing is available at some locations on the River Meon and at two local fisheries and Warnford is home to the historic Hampshire Hogs Cricket Club. The nearby village of West Meon provides a village store, primary school and another pub. Prep schools in the area include Twyford, Prince's Mead, The Pilgrims' School and Dunhurst. Independent senior schools include St Swithun's, Winchester College, Bedales and Churcher's College.
