* Vendors comments * "This was our first family home and has been much-loved for the last six years with many fond memories made with both our children. It has been a very difficult decision to make to leave our home but has to be done due to our children’s school taking us out of Croydon.

We have maintained our home to a very good standard and just recently refurbished the interior with wood flooring, neutrally painted walls and changed to a two-toned kitchen, catching to the stylish eye. The balcony overlooks a beautiful view of our communal garden, providing a peaceful scene with greenery, sunlight, and a breathtaking sunset. We have our own car parking space which is privately gated and can be seen from our balcony.

Both bedrooms are extremely spacious which has accommodated us very happily, with bright natural light coming through the windows. The bathroom is modern looking with its essentials in place. We also have benefitted from having two considerably large storage rooms with built-in shelves to keep our goods stored away.

There are many shops and restaurants within walkable distance from our home in diverse Croydon. Public transport is easily accessible with the bus stop being a minute away from our home, leading to tram and train services within 5-10 minutes from each other. Having the hospital and pharmacies nearby is highly convenient as well as the vast number of schools available within our radius.

It has been an absolute joy living in this home that has given us so much happiness and peace. We honestly know this home will provide the same for another family or person".
