From St Austell, follow the A3058 west, passing through the villages of Trewoon and Lanjeth. Upon reaching High Street and after approximately 4 miles, turn right onto the B3279 signposted Foxhole. Proceed along this road for just over a mile into the village of Foxhole, passing the post office and primary school, before turning right into Fortescue Close. To access lots 1, 2 and 3 continue, proceeding into Braddock Close, where the access to the land can be found in the north-eastern corner between number 17 & 18.
