Directions
From the M1 junction 23 take the A512 (Ashby Road) for 850m until you reach a right hand turn for Snells Nook Lane. At the next crossroads, within Nanpantan, cross straight over into Woodhouse Lane and follow this road as it turns into Breakback Road and ends at the junction with Beacon road where you turn left and follow this road through Woodhouse Eaves into Woodhouse. Take the first right turn by the church into School Lane and after 300m you will see Valley Cottage ahead of you as the road turns into a left hand bend.
