Agents notes
Inny Vale holiday village is a quite and tranquil holiday spot but is a short commute to holiday hotspots such as Boscastle, Tintagel, Trebarwith Strand etc. as well as Bude and Wadebridge located about 20 minutes away. The lodge itself is a solid oak building and very comfortable for 6-8 people. The lodge is also freehold, so no expensive ground rent to pay and no time limited leases.
