There is a quiet public right of way running adjacent to the property leading directly to a well-equipped play area and the Mendip Activity Centre (with skiing, sledging, snowboarding, archery, cafe and more). The footpath leads onto the Strawberry Line, a local traffic free route for cyclists and walkers going to Cheddar and Yatton. There is direct access to lovely walks through Sandford woods, Shipham, Rowberrow, and Burrington Combe, with excellent mountain biking trails. The property has an enviable position of not being overlooked and benefits from having wonderful neighbours. We have enjoyed being part of a small and thriving family friendly community.
We have noticed... This home is superb for growing families. It is set in a safe and quiet location with walks on the doorstep and only a short drive to Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.
