Quality continues in the bedrooms with superb soft furnishings, leather-effect headboards and contemporary fitted furniture. Two bed models include a walk-in wardrobe and en suite. All this, combined with its striking external appearance, makes the Mulberry one of our most popular models.

Norfolk Broads Country Park is a dog-friendly park found in 6 acres of beautiful mature countryside, ideal for long walks with your dog. The park is available for twelve months of the year.
Norfolk Broads Country Park is in the village of Potter Heigham. The village is known for its river marina and boatyards and is one of the centres of boat hire and boating holidays in the area. The village itself is hundreds of years old, and one of the top spots to see is the medieval bridge that crosses the River Thurne and dates from 1385. Because of it, only boats with a low air draft can sail past it!
