Approaching the Lodge from the dedicated parking bay, a set of steps lead to the private wraparound decked area, the hot tub is on the left as is a heated outdoor shower and BBQ area; to the right is table, chairs and sun loungers with steps leading down to a small patio and the Owners Storage Shed. Take a moment to turn around and enjoy the views: Morning sunrises over the fields towards Illogan and evening glimpses of sunsets across the Ocean.
On entering the Lodge you will see an open plan area made up of 3 zones: kitchen, dining area and living room, all seamlessly tied together by the engineered oak flooring. To the left is a huge cupboard and the hallway separated from the open plan area by a glass door, leading to the family bathroom and bedrooms.
Kitchen comprises a central island with 3 large drawers and worktop over. Utilities include: Fridge/Freezer, Electric Hob and oven under, extractor hood above; full sized dishwasher, full sized washer/dryer and built in microwave. Boiling water for drinks is on tap. Storage is in a modern white high gloss handleless design.
The dining area has a large 6 seater table and chairs with a hurricane style dimmable light fitting above. Living room area has two large sofas, the larger with a chaise longue. A log burner sits in this area and forms a focal point for cosy evenings in. Panoramic views are provided by the floor length windows and two bi-fold doors leading onto the decking and bringing the outdoors in. A fully connected Smart TV and integrated Sonos sound system provides the audio visual entertainment
On entering the hallway, bedroom 2 and 3 are on the right with a full bathroom on the left. The master bedroom and ensuite are located through another door at the end of the hall.
Bedroom 3 consists of 2 single beds, small wardrobes and chest of drawers with TV points. Night blinds are fitted to the window, perfect for afternoon naps for little ones.
Bedroom 2 boasts a king-size bed which can be split to form 2 substantial single beds. Fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors, chest of drawers and TV on wall.
The main bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, toilet, luxury fitted sink and heated towel radiator. At the end of the bath there is an inset water-proof TV!
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and fully fitted wardrobe with drawers, shelving and mirrored sliding doors, A compact safe is situated inside. Bedside cabinets on either side and a dresser complete the furnishings. The ensuite bathroom has a full size walk-in shower, toilet and luxury sink unit. A heated radiator warms the towels nicely. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead out to the decking and provides quick access to the hot tub! A wall-mounted TV and Sonos extends the AV entertainment to this room.
Underfloor heating throughout is individually controllable in every space, whilst an air conditioning unit in the living space provides cool relief on the hottest summer days.
High speed internet is provisioned directly to the lodge with its own WiFi and is also available across the site.
