What the owner says:
The Barn House is believed to be around 250 years old and has been our family home since 1980. It originally formed part of a farm near to a now demolished farm house. Prior to its conversion in the 1950s it was used during the Second World War as an artillery store and a scout hut. The timbers used in the conversion are reported to have been those from Little Chart Church which was badly damaged by a bomb during the war. Due to the unusual design of the house, the ground floor area has had many uses over the years: a pottery studio, mushroom farm and cobblers repair shop, and has been used by the family as an art studio, sewing room, workshop and games room.
Hideaway is owned by the same family and was built in the 1960s on land that was formerly part of the farm complex. Its proximity to The Barn House has allowed the family to live close to each other whilst still retaining our own independence.
We have enjoyed living in this area as it is close to local amenities whilst only being a short walk to open fields, and it really has offered us the best of both worlds.
*Please note* The ariel view of boundary lines are for illustrative purposes only and not to be used. The red line signifies both plots, the yellow line signifies the plot for 'Hideaway' (Bungalow) and the blue line signifies the plot for 'The Barn House'.

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on March 25, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
