I purchased it in 1997, and because it was off-plan, I was able to choose my preferred floor and aspect. I, therefore, chose what I considered the best location in the block, i.e., farthest away from the train tracks and facing the incoming Woodgate Drive. I deliberately chose the top floor because this benefits from the very ample loft space, which I utilised for storage and was hopeful of a future loft conversion.

The property also benefits from a designated car parking space situated right in front of, and facing the main entry door to the block.

After living there, myself for 10 years, I moved out and started letting to tenants, I discovered that it was a very easy let, principally because prospective tenants were attracted by the proximity of local amenities, excellent transport links (with Streatham BR station a mere 3 minutes away), and very good local schools. Even more attractive is the absolute privacy that Woodgate Drive offers, being a private road, which leads off the main road; thus, the serenity it affords is a mere stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the High Street.

I am reluctantly selling due to my relocation abroad for work reasons.

The property was last decorated when the current tenant moved in, in the summer of 2019, and the asking price reflects this. The current tenant is due to vacate imminently."
