Of particular note: 'Deviock Parish Council supports this application subject to a satisfactory flood risk assessment report.'
January 2021 (application ref: PA20/03137/PREAPP): Pre-application advice for a single family detached dwelling, with 3 bedrooms and internal 2 car garage. The advice given stated that 'the site represents a natural rounding off of the settlement', but highlighted 'the primary concern with any form of development on this site would be the impacts in respect of flood risk'.
