Why the owner loves the property:
My property is one of only eight individually unique homes in a very quiet cul-de-sac. There are no trusses in the roof voids and this allows flooring to be constructed. We use the roof voids for storage.I particularly like the open fire, the remote controlled garage door, he ease in which gardens are maintained, due to the computerised irrigation system and the EV charger located inside the garage.I will greatly miss Windermere, but my age dictates it is time to downsize.
