On the first floor are the airing cupboard and a second staircase leads to the upper bedroom. The larger of the two first floor bedrooms has a built in wardrobe and the bathroom is fitted with a contemporary white suite. Over the bath is a shower and shower screen. The second floor bedroom is a good double and light with dormer and velux windows. Storage is found in the under eaves cupboards.

The communal area surrounding Styles Court is block paved and parking spaces are allocated for number 1, alongside visitor bays.
