The room has a grey laminate floor and at the end is an area for a small table and chairs. The reception room is a nice size with a bay window to the front and a door, although the door is rarely if ever used as the more practical entry to the house is at the rear. Laminate floor again adorns the sitting room.
On the first floor are the airing cupboard and a second staircase leads to the upper bedroom. The larger of the two first floor bedrooms has a built in wardrobe and the bathroom is fitted with a contemporary white suite. Over the bath is a shower and shower screen. The second floor bedroom is a good double and light with dormer and velux windows. Storage is found in the under eaves cupboards.
OUTSIDE
The communal area surrounding Styles Court is block paved and parking spaces are allocated for number 1, alongside visitor bays.
