"This house has been a labour of love for many hands and many years. Throughout the refurb, there were lots of nice surprises: from finding amazing original floorboards under old carpets to uncovering original fireplaces. We always tried to be respectful of its 1930s beginnings, restoring where we could, whilst modernising the house to meet our needs. The garden room has given me exactly what I needed: a space to concentrate, or unwind.
I've loved living in Knowle, and it's been great to see more small, local businesses pop up around the area over time. Being a stone's throw away from The Knowle pub has been great for socials and Sunday lunches. I've loved going for local dog walks in Callington Nature Reserve, Arnos Vale, and Redcatch, or choosing to hop in the car for a short drive to Pensford and the Mendips. I'll miss Buller Road, but I'm happy that it has got its second life for its third owners!"

The house is situated on Buller Road in the popular pocket of houses between Wells Road and Bath Road. One of the real benefits of this house is the amount and variety of parks and green spaces within a short distance. Redcatch Park and Community Garden, Perretts Park and Arnos Vale Cemetery, with its popular Atrium Café, all within 10 minutes walk from the house. The expansive Victoria Park and Callington Road Nature Reserve are also nearby, providing brilliant open spaces for the summer or for walking the dog all year round.
