An entrance hall leads to the double aspect sitting room with a wonderful inglenook fireplace, exposed timbers and a door to the garden; beyond is a ground floor bedroom or playroom. The dining room also is double aspect with fine timbers and wide brick fireplace with woodburner.

Upstairs the double aspect main bedroom is semi-vaulted, a stunning room with exposed timbers and en suite dressing room and bathroom. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom and separate shower room – the second staircase allows good flow.

A flint and brick wall opens to a gravelled drive providing a parking and turning area to the front of the garages. Beyond the terrace at the back of the house the lawn is bordered by mature hedges and beds.

A gravel path leads to the orchard and former kitchen gardens. The gardens provide a private and tranquil setting for the house. In all about 0.64 acres.
