Built in 1680, Manor Farmhouse has been in the same family for 5 generations, who have farmed the land here since 1880. Originally Tenant Farmers, they bought the Manor Farm Estate when it came to Auction in 1919, from the Duke of Grafton, selling off the Wakefield Estate.

Manor Farmhouse is a substantial family home, built from local Sandstone and limestone. The spacious entrance hall and wide landing create a free-flowing feel to the property. The exposed beams, large sash windows, fireplaces and original wooden flooring add to the character and ambience of this unique property.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen/breakfast room, living, sitting and dining room accompanied by a laundry room, study, storeroom, and WC. The sitting room is currently being used as a playroom.

On the first floor there are six bedrooms, two of which are currently being used as a music room and hobby room. There is a large ensuite bathroom and family bathroom.

The garden backs on to the Manor Farmland and is fully enclosed by both stone walling and metal fencing. With a wealth of shrubs, hedges and trees, including a stunning Acer and Variegated Maple, the mature garden feels both private and secure. A separate orchard, planted with mature apple, pear and plum trees is located to the east side of the main lawned garden.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
