I'd looked for a couple of years and this was the first place I'd seen where I could immediately see such potential and charm.I love its high ceilings, large windows and sense of space - I've felt so lucky living here and being able to develop it. A few years in, I discovered an interest in gardening and have so enjoyed transforming that, and it's clearly become especially valued over the past couple of years, as well as being great for hosting parties. And Sydenham itself has changed so much over the decade, it's various links into town couldn't be easier and I will miss Crystal Palace park so much. It's a great community and I couldn't really have wished for a more unique first home.
