I'm a keen foodie so it's great for BBQs.

We have wonderful neighbours and with only seven flats in our block we have got to know each other well over the years. We have our own WhatsApp group so we can keep in contact and help each other out when we can - there's a real sense of community.

This flat is situated in a vibrant and bustling neighbourhood that offers plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options which include restaurants, cinemas, trendy pubs and bars and independent shops.

Fantastic transport links, including buses, trams, trains and the overground can take you into London or to the coast with absolute ease. Day trips to Brighton are one of my favourite things to do!
