GENERAL INFORMATION AND APPROACH

Knowle Sands, near Bridgnorth is a small unique residential site covered under the Mobile Homes Act. Nothing unique about that one would say, however of the 36 homes, all of them have a share of the freehold of the land. The title of the site is registered with land registry. So whether you live on site permanently or you use as your holiday home, you have an interest.

Each home pays maintenance on the 1st of April each year which was £572 this current year and includes water, lighting and maintenance of the site.

When buying on the site you must pay £100 joining fee to the association. The sell on fee is a very appealing 0.1%.

There is no age restriction and pets are allowed.

Parking is available with one vehicle per home with visitor sites available. At the entrance of the park one finds the post boxes and communal refuge bins.

The metal gated site is located adjacent to the Highley Road near Bridgnorth with a public house opposite and close to amenities, within a short drive to the town, the River Severn, Severn Valley Railway and the famous cliff top railway.

Knowle Sands with its undulating land makes the most of the superb views. Wonderful scenery with the flora and fauna. There is pedestrian access to the river as the park benefits fishing rights.

A communal LPG tank feeds each home, with electric being invoiced by the park each quarter, whilst the gas directly through Carvers the suppliers.
