There is a bus Service to and from Inverness and Dingwall with several daily buses running to and from Aird Place. The most direct routes take passengers to Dingwall in 40 minutes and Inverness in 1 hour. A more elaborate route includes Cromarty and Fortrose.
Cromarty is the nearest village with services such as pubs, cafes, mini-supermarket, bakery and cheesemaker located 7 miles away, whilst Culbokie is 8 miles away and Fortrose 10 miles.
